There was a 3” lead stack that the flashing was in bad shape. When it rained water leaked into the roof and found its way to my bath light and leaked into the sink !
I called Moore Roofing and there rep came out .. went up in the attic and found the issue.. he explained what he found and would get right on the issue. This was on Friday 7-15-22 on Saturday 7-16-22 the repair was fixed .

Excellent roofing co. Moore Roofing repaired a botched up new roof installed by a large roofing co. out of Ft. Lauderdale. The new tile roof was installed after hurricane Irma. Their 10 year warranty on labor and material was worthless. Jamie, the job estimator for Moore came and immediately identified the leaking issues. No flashing installed in cricket and valley areas when new roof was installed. Price and timeline was agreed on. The crew came on the day scheduled and worked from early morning until late afternoon for 4 days. They were respectful of all areas of house and landscaping they came in contact with. Beautiful job when finished. All debris cleaned up. No extra charges or fees. Moore did a great job on my Marco Island home roof. I would use the again and highly recommend them.
